George Dalaras tickets

George Dalaras is a Greek multi-instrumentalist, singer and songwriter whose career spans over four decades. Born in Piraeus, Greece, Dalaras grew up in a musical family and started performing in clubs, bars and concerts at the age of fifteen. After becoming an established singer in the 1960s, his reputation slowly spread throughout Europe and the Mediterranean region.Since then he has released over fifty albums in a variety of styles, ranging from folk to pop to traditional rebetiko, as well as sampling Middle Eastern music and Latin American rhythms. He has collaborated with dozens of famous singers and songwriters, both in Greece and abroad, and has come to be credited as an ambassador for Greek music all over the world. His career was recognized with a star on the Walk of Fame in Athens in 2007.
