Kate NV is an electronic/experimental musician from Moscow, Russia. She began as an experimental jazz pianist and then moved on to exploring the world of sound design. She draws inspirations from Russian folk music, post-punk, new wave, and breaks the rules of traditional music composition.

Kate NV has been active since 2015 and has released three studio albums, the latest being Room For The Moon (2020). She has also released several EPs and singles and collaborated with other artists on various projects. In addition to her solo work, she has performed at major international music festivals and art institutions. She is well known for her inventive, adventurous live performances, which often utilize live instrumentation and visuals. Her music has been described as "optimistic yet melancholic at once".
