Louise Chen is a singer and songwriter based in Los Angeles. She is most known for her instantly recognizable, soulful voice and her lyrically driven pop songs. Chen released her debut EP in 2018, garnering her attention from music industry professionals in the US and abroad for her unique blend of pop and R&B.
