Lucrecia Dalt is a Berlin-based experimental artist from Colombia known for her innovative combinations of electronic and acoustic sounds. She is an acclaimed composer and performer who combines avant-garde elements with traditional songwriting. Her debut album, Commotus, was released in 2008 and since then she has released a total of five solo albums. She has also collaborated with several other renowned musicians including artists such as Kimyan Law, Matias Aguayo and Juana Molina. Most of her work is self-produced and her live performances often feature experimental soundscapes of electronic and percussive rhythms. Dalt continues to push the boundaries of sonic exploration, motivated by feelings of freedom and experimentation.
