Old Sea Brigade is an American folk-rock singer-songwriter from Nashville, TN. The project of Atlanta-raised songwriter Ben Cramer, Old Sea Brigade got its start in 2016 when self-released his debut EP 'Ode To A Friend'. After signing to Nashville-based label Nettwerk, he proceeded to release his debut full-length album 'Ode To A Friend' in 2018. His music is known for its thoughtful lyrics, acoustic guitar-driven and introspective nature, and often hauntingly beautiful melodies. His second album 'Gentle Waves' was released in 2020 and his most recent single 'Monsters' was released in 2021. He has achieved notable recognition from press outlets such as The Fader, NPR, Clash Magazine, and has toured with contemporaries like The Twilight Sad, The Bright Light Social Hour, and The Head and the Heart.
