His music has earned him international fame since 2013, when his song "Si Tu Marido No Te Quiere" was popular on YouTube. He has accumulated various awards, including three Latin Billboard Music Awards and five Latin American Music Awards. He is the most Spottily streamed artist in all of Latin music and has collaborated with many mainstream artists, such as Cardi B, Romeo Santos, and Luis Fonsi. Ozuna is best known for his singles "La Modelo", "Se Preparó" and "Échame la Culpa". Ozuna has reached over a billion stream in over 7 different countries. As of January 2021, he has released three studio albums: Odisea, Aura and Nibiru.
