Shing02 is a Japanese hip-hop artist and producer from Tokyo, Japan. He emerged in the mid-1990s as a part of the self-formulated Choclair, and since 2003, his solo career has flourished. His music draws from jazz, breakbeats, and sampling, and is deeply influenced by the culture of hip-hop. He is best known for his rapping style, which is often very technical and abstract.
