Sid Sriram is an Indian-American singer-songwriter from Cincinnati, Ohio. He is one of the top South Indian Carnatic vocalists in the country and has earned critical acclaim for his untraditional style of modern R&B, soul, pop, and hip-hop music. His debut studio album, Entropy, was released in 2019 featuring his own compositions as well as covers. Sid has been featured as a lead vocalist on many albums by renowned Indian musicians such as A.R. Rahman, Harris Jayaraj, and Ilaiyaraaja. He has also worked as a Bollywood playback singer for films including Chennai Express, 2 States, and Mersal. Sid has received several awards for his music, such as the World Music Award for Best Global Music Artist in 2017.
