Sarah Wilson is an Australian singer-songwriter from Sydney, who rose to fame after the success of her 2002 single "I Wish I Could". Since then, she has released four full-length albums and one EP, including popular albums like 2005’s I Awake and 2008’s Hey You Guys. In 2018, Wilson released her fifth studio album, Flight Paths, which features a collection of acoustic, dreamy pop music. She has also earned multiple music award nominations, including two ARIA Music Award nominations for Best Female Artist and Best Pop Release. Aside from music, Wilson is an avid writer and advocate for mental health, having published multiple books on the topic and established the non-profit organization, Hey Sigmund.
