The Garden Of Words is an indie rock duo hailing from Birmingham, UK, comprised of Sam Barton and Dan Martyr. During their career, they have released four EPs and two LPs – both recorded in their own recording studio, in their basement. Their debut album 'To Let You See' was praised by the music press, and The Guardian described them as having "music that can capture hearts". More recently, they released their latest album 'The Laundry Room' in 2021. The album was described as an exploration of punk, jazz and folk, as the group strived for a response to difficult times. The duo also accompanied Sam Smith on their In the Lonely Hour tour in 2017, proving that they can share their music and stories with a large audience.
