Paul Elia is a Dutch musician, producer and songwriter from Utrecht, Netherlands. He was mainly active in the 1990s, collaborating and performing with several successful Dutch musicians. His songwriting and production style often combine elements of traditional Dutch music and pop, rock and jazz. He has released several solo albums, the highest charting of which are "No Man's Land" (1994) and "Live at the Circustheater" (1996). He has also received numerous awards, including several Dutch "Golden Harp" awards for best album. He continues to work on new material in the Netherlands and tour around Europe.
