About Sin
Sin, born Cyril Alexander, is a singer and songwriter from Trinidad and Tobago. He gained notoriety with a distinctive new style of electronically-influenced calypso music. Sin's albums sold consistently throughout the Caribbean and he soon was crossing over to Europe, South America and beyond. His song, "Pump Me Up," was featured in the hit movie The Fast and the Furious. He has toured with some of the most well-known music acts in the world, including Shaggy, Wyclef Jean, and 50 Cent. He has released six full-length studio albums as well as many singles and has collaborated with greats such as Akon and Chaka Khan. He is now considered to be one of the most influential Caribbean musicians in the world.
