Alex Under is an electronic music producer and DJ from Barcelona, Spain who is part of the influential Cadenza Records family. He rose to fame in the late 1990s when he founded the labels Mupa, Pulpa, Nuh, and Apron Records. His early productions were characterized by bold and inventive minimal sounds. Alex Under has gone on to collaborate with multiple labels, gain a following from DJs all over the world, and play gigs in Berlin, Paris, Tokyo, Barcelona and Madrid. His discography includes releases with all of the labels he's worked with, as well as his solo records on Mupa, Nuh, and Apron. Alex Under is considered one of the most innovative and talented names in minimal electronic music.
