About Amber Liu
Amber Liu is an American singer-songwriter, rapper, and actress. Born and raised in California, Amber got her start in the South Korean music industry as a member of the K-pop group f(x) in 2009. After f(x)'s hiatus in 2018, Amber embarked on a solo music career, with her debut EP, Beautiful, and its lead single, "SHAKE THAT BRASS", launching her as a solo artist. Amber is known for her socially and politically conscious lyrics, often tackling topics like gender politics and Asian American representation in the music industry. In addition to her music career, Amber has also taken on various acting roles in Korean and international TV shows, such as her appearance in "KTH" in 2020.
