Birdy is an English singer-songwriter and musician. She started her music career at the tender age of 12 when she covered Bon Iver’s 'Skinny Love' on Youtube and subsequently released the single. She released her self-titled debut album ‘Birdy’ at the age of 14, which included her catchy renditions of songs such as The Postal Service's 'Such Great Heights'. Her second album 'Fire Within', released in 2013, saw her further exploring her own sound and musical style. Her third studio album 'Beautiful Lies', released in 2016, allowed Birdy to further explore modern electronic touches, influenced by her love for the music of James Blake and Bon Iver. Her single 'Keeping Your Head Up' found its way into the UK top 20. Her most recent work, 'Young Heart' was released in 2020, which featured a collaboration with Charlie Cain.
