Boing Boing Band is an all-female indie rock group from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The group is made up of four members--Rylee McKinney on rhythm guitar, Emily Anderson on lead guitar, Heather Linn on bass and vocals, and Sam Patterson on drums. The band has released two albums in their career, Unexpected Things in 2011 and Beyond the Human Eye in 2016. Since their formation in 2010, the ladies have released several EPs and toured extensively throughout the US, performing shows with renowned indie-rock groups such as The Decemberists and The Joy Formidable. Their catchy songs are guaranteed to remain in your ear after you hear them, making Boing Boing Band an up-and-comer that indie fans should keep an eye on.
