Jah Khalib is an independent music artist from Moscow, Russia, of Cape-Verdean and Togolese descent. He is best known for his 2016 hit single “Leila”, and he is very popular in Russia and throughout Central and Eastern Europe. He is strongly influenced by a variety of genres, such as hip-hop, reggae, and R&B. He has been making music for over 15 years, releasing three studio albums since 2013.
