About JORDY

JORDY (real name Jean-Jacques Chrétien) is an 80s French Pop singer who was popular in his homeland of France and abroad. He started his career in the late 70s with his debut single "Dur Dur D'être Bébé!" and its follow-up "Le Petit Pain Au Chocolat". In the early 80s, JORDY released the smash hit "Atmosphere Tropicale", which became a major hit in France and earned him international recognition. He followed this up with the album "Jerusalem", which included the single "Rêve D'Hiver". In 1986, JORDY topped the French charts with the hit single "Alouette". Throughout the rest of the 80s and 90s, JORDY continued to enjoy success with his own albums as well as collaborations with other French Pop artists. His last album "Le Retour” was released in 2013.
