Lormes is an up-and-coming indie-folk artist from the Canadian city of Toronto. Drawing influences from folk, Americana and rock, her music has become one of the most respected and beloved in the Toronto scene. Inspired by her unique upbringing, her music reflects both her diverse cultural heritage and her strong emotional core.

Her sound is often described as being folk-inspired, but her music also takes influence from alternative, shoegaze, and jazz. With an endeavor to push past the boundaries of genre, Lorme’s song writing is uncompromising and unapologetic. She often addresses issues of love, tenderness, and passion in her emotionally raw music.
