Mallard tickets

Mallard is a psych-rock quintet based in Los Angeles, California. Their sound has been called modern psychedelic rock, drawing upon elements of neo-psychedelia, grunge, and British Invasion rock.

The band was founded in 2016 by brothers Aaron and Jonathan Ahn and features their melodic guitars, synth arrangements, and dreamy vocal harmonies. They are known for their live shows, which incorporate live painted scenery and captivating visuals.

Mallard’s debut EP, I Will Take You Through It All, was released in 2018 and described by the LA Times as a collection of songs “that brought the energy of their live shows into the studio.” They followed up with a full-length in 2020, Into the Haze, which Pitchfork called “an adventurous, ambitious survey of psych-rock that nods to the past and points the way forward.”
