Maurice Fulton is an American electronic music producer, songwriter and musician. He is best known for his lengthy collaboration with UK artist ♀ as well as for his solo production and DJ gigs. He started his music career in the late 1980s, remixing and producing for a diverse group of musicians, from The B-52s to Bootsy’s Rubber Band, before teaming up with electro-pop duo, ♀, in 1995. He produced a stream of their albums, as well as a number of solo projects and remixes. Fulton also remixes a variety of current artists, from The xx to Hot Chip. His experimental approach to creating music has made him an underground favorite. He has collaborated with arch electronic duo, Luomo, and recently released a string of new projects, including his album Circus of Chaos under his own name.
