Miane is an R&B and soul singer-songwriter from Australia. Noticing her natural talent for performing at a young age, she began singing and songwriting in her early teens. Her first single, “Pretend”, gained traction quickly and was released in 2020. Since then, she has performed as part of the Splendour In The Grass festival, the Groovin The Moo festival and has released multiple singles, EPs and has collaborated with other artists, such as The Rubens. Popular singles from Miane’s career include “Spare Change”, “Dead in the Water” and “Better”. Her lyrics are mostly autobiographical and explore themes such as heartbreak, love and societal issues. Her music has been described as “soothing and emotive”.
