Nikka Costa is a singer-songwriter who has had success on both the US and international music scene in various genres, including funk, soul, and rock. Costa started performing on stage at age 4 and released her first album in the early '80s. Since then, her career has spawned several albums, singles, and music videos. She's put out three of her own studio albums and collaborated with other artists, such as Moby and Mark Ronson. In addition to music, she has also appeared in a few films and done some modeling work. Since 1998, her music has received multiple Grammy nominations and Costa has performed at major music festivals both in the US and abroad, such as Coachella Music Festival, Glastonbury Festival, and Rock in Rio.
