Orange 9mm was an influential post-hardcore band formed in New York City in 1994. Comprised of members Chaka Malik, Chris Traynor, Eric Rice, and Larry Gorman, the band became known for their energetic performances and a distinctive sound blending elements of hardcore punk, metal, and hip-hop. They released a series of acclaimed albums and EPs, including their self-titled EP in 1994 and the full-length albums "Driver Not Included" and "Ultraman vs. Godzilla." Despite their relatively short lifespan, disbanding in 1999, Orange 9mm left a lasting impact on the post-hardcore scene and continue to be celebrated for their innovative approach to music.
