Puddle Of Mudd is an American alternative rock band, formed in 1991 in Kansas City, Missouri. They gained recognition after their debut album Come Clean was released in 2001 which had several successful songs like "Blurry" and "Control". The band has released five albums and two compilations since and has had a string of singles that made the top 40 on the US Billboard Hot 100 list. In 2009 they released their fifth album, Vol. 4: Songs in the Key of Love & Hate. The band’s most recent album, Welcome to Galvania, was released in 2019. Puddle of Mudd has had some commercial successes and has received multiple awards and nominations, including three Grammy nominations. Despite some lineup changes over the years, they’re still active and continue to tour at festivals across the world.
