Robbie Fulks is an award-winning alt-country singer-songwriter from America known for his witty and honest lyrics and unique mix of musical genres. He has released many critically acclaimed solo albums, three of which were nominated for Grammy Awards, as well as albums with his backing band, The Cosmic American Music Group. His most successful works include his 1998 hit single, “Fuck This Town” and his 2000 album, Very Best of Robbie Fulks. In addition to his solo career, Fulks has worked as a session musician backing up numerous artists, such as Garth Brooks, Faith Hill, and The Chieftains. He also authored a book on traditional music called Let’s Live It Up!: A Post-Modern Punk Primer. Throughout his career, Fulks has been praised for his uniqueness and eccentricity.
