Short Stack is an Australian rock band from Sydney which formed in 2006. The band consists of members Shaun Diviney (lead vocals, guitar), Andrew Clemmensen (bass) and Bradie Webb (drums, backing vocals). Since incipient, Short Stack has achieved numerous awards, such as the 2009 MTV Viewer's Choice. Their debut album Stack Is the New Black, released in 2008, and a second album, First Flight, released in 2010, established them as one of Australia's leading rock bands. In 2011, Short Stack released their third album Art V Science, which featured the hit single "Strangers". Following the release of Art V Science, the band released two further albums in 2013, This Is Bat Country and November. Short Stack's sound is characterized by its strong pop sensibilities in a punk rock style. They have toured extensively in Australia, featuring as a memorable support act for the likes of Good Charlotte and Simple Plan.
