SVN, also known as Sydney Van Nort, is an Atlanta based ambient/experimental producer, DJ, and songwriter. He has released two albums, 'Shape' in 2016 and 'Variant' in 2018, and has toured with high profile artists such as Flume, Porter Robinson, and Deadmau5. SVN makes use of organic soundscapes and vintage production techniques along with field recordings and sound design to create unique sonic textures. His music is often described as mysterious and captivating, and has been supported by world renowned curators such as Rüfüs Du Sol, Tycho, Odesza and Alison Wonderland. He also produces experimental bass-focused music under the name Vae.
