About Thor

Thor is a Canadian heavy metal musician, best known as the lead singer and songwriter for the heavy metal bands Thor and Dr. Hell. With his distinctive long hair, elaborate costumes and flamboyant onstage persona, Thor's live performances have become legendary in the heavy metal world, often including elaborate stage props, theatrical performances and influences from science fiction.

Throughout his career, Thor has released 18 studio albums, and his music has charted in Canada, the US and the UK, helping him gain a lasting cult following. In 2014 he was inducted into Hollywood's RockWalk in recognition of his contributions to rock music.

Throughout his music career, he has also pursued a career as a film star, most notably starring in the lead role of the cult classic movie "Rock 'n' Roll Nightmare". His latest film, "Hammer of the Gods" is a documentary about Thor's life and career.
