Tyla Jane is an Australian singer-songwriter from Newcastle, New South Wales. She has won several awards for her songwriting, including the 2020 Vanda & Young Songwriting Competition and the 2020 Music Queensland Music Award for Best Song. Tyla Jane has released three albums since her career began in 2017 - 'Tyla Jane', 'Just a Little Bit' and 'Tides'. Her uplifting and soulful brand of folk-pop has won her a rapidly growing Australian fanbase. She has toured extensively both in Australia and abroad, supporting acts such as Paul Kelly and Thelma Plum, and has performed at some of the biggest festivals in the country, such as Splendour in the Grass, Falls Festival and Bluesfest. Her songs have also been heard on international radio, notably BBC Radio 1, as well as being featured in commercial and television placements.
