Years & Years (UK) is a British synth-pop band from London founded by Olly Alexander, Mikey Goldsworthy and Emre Türkmen in 2010. They have released two albums to date, ‘Communion’ (2015) and ‘Palo Santo’ (2018), as well as several successful singles, including ‘King’, ‘Desire’ and ‘Eyes Shut’. They have won several awards, including the BBC Music Award for British Artist Of The Year in 2016, and their single ‘King’ was the biggest-selling single from a British debut artist. They have also embarked on several successful tours, including within the US and Europe. Years & Years have seen great success within the synth-pop genre, gaining themselves an ever-growing fan base since their inception in 2010.
