Bridget Christie is a British stand-up comedian, actor, and writer known for her political comedy and surrealist style. She's been performing since 2006, when she won the Funny Women comedy award. She's appeared on various British TV shows such as Have I Got News For You, Would I Lie To You, QI, Mock The Week, and 8 Out of 10 Cats. Her "A Bic For Her" show, which debuted at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, won the 2012 if.comedy Award and the 2014 Chortle Award. She's released two standup shows on DVD, "A Bic For Her" (2013) and "Because You Demanded It" (2016). Her book, "A Book for Her" was a Sunday Times bestseller. She is currently performing and on tour.
