1000Mods is a Greek stoner/heavy rock trio from Chalcis, Greece. Since their formation in 2007, they have released four studio albums, one EP, and a few live albums and compilations. They are known for their intense fuzzed-out sound, combining elements of 70s psychedelia, classic rock and metal. 1000mods have a large and devoted fan base, and have been on tour in Europe, Asia and the USA. They are often considered to be part of the "stoner rock"-scene, and their songs often feature themes about nature and environmental awareness. 1000mods have been critically acclaimed, their 2018 album, ‘Repeated Exposure To...’ reaching #1 on the Greek alternative charts. They have received praise from a few large outlets and have been featured on a number of magazines.
