The Skatalites tickets

The Skatalites are a ska and reggae band, founded in Jamaica back in 1964. Considered pioneers in the genre, they made a major contribution to the early development of ska and are widely acknowledged to have been the first all-star ska band. They had an incredible lineup featuring studio musicians from Jamaica's most famous record labels and contributed to the success of several famous sounding ska bands of the era. Some of their most important songs from the time include "Guns of Navarone," "Ska-Racha," "Man in the Street," and "Phoenix City." The Skatalites disbanded in 1965, however they made a strong resurgence in the 1980s, with an almost original lineup. The Skatalites have been credited with creating one of the most significant pieces of music ever created and continue to tour internationally.
