Barbara Dickson is a Scottish singer and songwriter best known for her role in Andrew Lloyd Webber's contemporary musical ‘Blood Brothers’, where she played the part of Mrs. Johnstone. She has since gone on to have a hugely successful career as a singer and entertainer. She has released numerous solo albums, such as ‘Answer Me’ and ‘Time and Tide’. Her music is a mix of folk, pop, cabaret, and musical theatre. She has also been to number one in the UK Singles Chart twice with ‘Answer Me’ and ‘January February’. Despite being born in 1947, she still continues to tour and is popular all across the globe. She recently released her 20th studio album, ‘From Scotland With Love’.
