He rose to stardom when he starred as Jean Valjean in the West End musical production of Les Miserables. His career has been a journey of successes including two Classical Brit Awards, two Grammy Award nominations and three UK number one albums. His distinctive operatic voice has brought him a great amount of roles in musicals, television programs, operas, as well as recording popular music albums. In addition to releasing several solo albums he has featured as a guest artist on many albums by various other leading artists of recent years.
