Boygenius is a supergroup composed of three well-known female American singer-songwriters: Julien Baker, Phoebe Bridgers and Lucy Dacus. Formed in 2018, the trio created their debut EP of the same name, which features a merging of their individual writing and vocal styles. Boygenius released their first full-length self-titled album in October 2018. The combination of their voices and instrumentation on the album creates a unique sound that combines indie-rock, folk, and Americana.
