Changing Faces are an R&B duo from New York who formed in 1994 when members Charisse Rose and Cassandra Lucas were both just 17 years old. They debuted with an eponymous album that peaked at #46 on the Billboard album charts. The dynamic duo scored their first and biggest hit, “Stroke You Up,” in 1994, off their debut album, which climbed to #11 on the Hot 100. Their follow-up, 1996’s Visit Me, fared better, reaching #9 on the Billboard 200 and spawned their second biggest hit, “Foolin’ Around.” The album was certified gold. Despite being well known for their music, the group chose to focus on solo pursuits after 2003’s All Day, All Night. They separated in 2003 and have reunited a few times over the years since parting ways.
