His debut album, Since Kyabram, was released to widespread acclaim in 2004. The album was a top 5 hit in Ireland, yielding the hit single "Galileo." O'Rourke has released a total of four studio albums as well as multiple singles and EPs. His songwriting has earned him awards from many organizations, including the Meteor Music Awards and the Choice Music Prize. O'Rourke has shared the stage with many renowned artists, including Paul Weller and Joe Jackson. He continues to perform at festivals and intimate venues around the world to this day.
