Hailing from Brisbane, Dune Rats is the product of two stoner friends, Danny Beausa and BC Michaels, who started jamming together to punk rock just for the fun of it!
Initially formed in 2011, the band released their first two EP's, which they used as a launchpad to gain recognition in the stoner-punk music scene in Australia. They followed up with their self titled album on their record label before releasing their smashing "The Kids Will Know It's Bullshit" which reached the peak in the Australian charts!
Their party preferred stoner punk tracks, and their laid back surf attitude along with their legendary appearances created the right springboard from which Dune Rats could jump in front of their audience! The undoubtedly click between their music and the masses meant only one thing for the band: tours, festival appearances, sold-out concerts, new singles, and a lot more foolish punk music.
