Emily Barker is a singer songwriter from England. Her career has seen her release seven studio albums, beginning with her debut album Words of Water in 2007. Her music combines folk, blues and country and is often inspired by her rural British home of Herefordshire. Emily has also scored and contributed to a number of television and film soundtracks, including ‘Wallander’, ‘The Shadow Line’ and ‘The Descent – Part 2’. In 2020 she co-wrote and co-produced Annie Rose Buckley’s album ‘Your Heart Is A Glorious Machine’. She has been the recipient of multiple awards and nominations for her work and has played at a number of major festivals, such as Glastonbury, SXSW, Latitude, and End of the Road.
