Great American Ghost are an American metalcore band from Boston, Massachusetts. Formed in 2013, the band is made up of vocalist Aaron O'Brien, guitarist David Aiedysisis and bassist Dave Carlson. The group released their first full-length effort, Hatred Stems from the Seed, in 2016 to critical acclaim and soon signed to eOne Music in 2018. Their sophomore studio album, Power Through Terror, was released the same year to even more critical acclaim and the singles "The Earth Will Turn To Dust" and "Jagged Visions of My Fate" solidified the group's reputation and earned them nominations from Kerrang! and Metal Hammer for Best Breakthrough Band and Best Album. Great American Ghost's music combines elements of melodic metalcore, death metal and hardcore punk to create their blend of heavy and aggressive sound. They continue to tour around the world, from North America to Europe to the United Kingdom.
