Jazzy B, born on 17th April 1975, is a Bhangra singer-songwriter and actor from Punjab, India. He is considered one of the pioneering artists of modern Bhangra music. His musical career began as a vocalist with the British-based Asian underground scene in the mid-1970s. He has since released dozens of albums, many of which have topped the charts in India, as well as charting in the UK. He has collaborated with dozens of musical artists, including Ludacris, Jay Sean, and Sukhwinder Singh. His acting career includes appearances in films such as 'Rab Ne Banai Jodi' (2008), 'Heer and Hero' (2013), 'Loveyatri' (2018), and 'Mar Gaye Oye Loko' (2018). Jazzy B is renowned for his sophisticated fusion of traditional Bhangra, hip hop and electronica.
