JP Harris is an American country musician based out of Nashville, Tennessee. With a sound rooted in traditional honky-tonk and western swing, Harris has been captivating audiences with his unique take on the genre since the early 2000s. After independently releasing several albums, Harris signed to Free Dirt Records in 2017 to release his album 'Sometimes Dogs Bark at Nothing'. The album was widely praised and won Harris three Independent Music Awards for Americana Album of the Year & Best Live Performance. Harris's sound blends classic country with a modern edge and he currently hosts a radio show on Nashville's renowned WSM-AM 650 station.
