Lagum is an alternative pop singer-songwriter from Toronto, Canada. Her music is characterized by meaningful lyrics, infectious melodies, and upbeat beats. Her musical influences include classic pop and soul artists such as Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, and Janis Joplin. Lagum's debut EP "Lagum" which was released in 2019, was widely acclaimed by many music journalists and online music streaming services. Her followup EP was released in 2020 and contained collaborations with hits from producers such as Grammy Award Winning producer Pharrell Williams. Lagum has been performing live and touring the world since 2020, showcasing her artistry and excellent singing talent to the masses. She is currently in the process of recording her first full length album which is due for release in 2021.
