About Ms. Dynamite
Ms. Dynamite is a British rapper, singer, and singer-songwriter of Jamaican heritage. She was born Niomi Arleen McLean-Daley in 1981. She broke through the UK urban music scene in 2002 with her debut album "A Little Deeper." The album featured successful singles such as "Dy-Na-Mi-Tee," "It Takes More," and "BOO!" which earned her a Mercury Music Prize, two BRIT Awards, and a MOBO Award.
In 2004, Ms. Dynamite released her second album "Judgement Days", which was acclaimed for its conscious lyrics and reggae/dub influences. The album featured the hit single "Judgement Day" and earned her the title of Best female artist at the MOBO Awards.
Ms. Dynamite's third album, "Sugar," dropped in 2009 and featured the top-ten singles "BadGyal" and "Arilynne." The
