Rachel Sermanni is a Scottish singer-songwriter from the Highlands of Scotland. Her music is rooted in folk, blues, and indie-pop, combined with otherworldly melodies and poetic lyrics. She has four full-length albums to her name, as well as a series of EPs including her first in 2011, Black Currents. Rachel has played at various festivals ranging from classical to jazz and has been praised by critics across the world. She toured extensively across Europe, America, Canada, and Australia for almost a decade, supporting acts such as Iron and Wine and The Lost Brothers. In 2020 she released the album So It Turns, describing it as an album of hope and positivity.
