Seth Walker is an American blues singer-songwriter based in Nashville, Tennessee. His genre-bending works blend elements of soul, jazz, and country, creating a sound that's been described as 'gospel-tinged' by critics. His guitar playing has been the subject of glowing praise, and his music embodies a surprisingly poppy soulfulness despite its bluesy roots. Walker released his first three albums on various independent labels before signing with the major label Rykodisc in 2005. Since then, he has released five critically acclaimed albums, with a sixth due in 2021. In addition, he has collaborated with a range of industry heavyweights, including Taj Mahal, Gregg Allman, Keb’ Mo’, Marc Broussard, and Bela Fleck.
