About Silverlining

Silverlining is an up-and-coming indie folk band from Los Angeles, California. Formed in 2017, the trio of multi-instrumentalists has quickly made a name for themselves in the indie music space with their unique and eclectic sound, drawing influence from classic folk as well as pop, rock, and alternative genres. Their cleverly-crafted lyrics and memorable melodies make for an infectious mix of familiar but infinitely interesting tunes with a twist. Silverlining, comprised of Emma Joy (vocals, guitar, banjo, piano) and Tony Healey (vocals, bass, guitar), and Taylor Kostal (drums, percussion) has to date released two EPs and several singles with critical acclaim from the likes of Billboard, NPR Music, and Paste Magazine. The trio has performed at some of the most renowned music festivals across the US including Austin City Limits and Lollapalooza.
