The 2 Bears is a British music duo consisting of Raf Rundell and Joe Goddard. In 2010, they released their debut album, Be Strong, which was inspired by northern soul. They gained further recognition for their song "Bear Hug" from their second album The Night Is Young. This album also featured collaborations with luminaries from the world of electronica, like Hot Chip and Green Gartside. The 2 Bears also produce a BBC Radio 1 show, and have performed in venues across Europe, including concerts in London, Amsterdam, and Madrid. Their music is a mix of soul, hip-hop, funk, and electronic sounds.
